Gloria is a Sandusky native and avid OSU fan. Although not a trained artist, she has spent many hours painting and doing needlepoint pieces. Her son, Keith Capizzi, an art teacher at Sandusky High School, helped her design a tribute to her favorite university. She thoroughly enjoyed sharing Darlene Wood’s studio space to paint her lighthouse. Darlene and Gloria have been life-long friends. Gloria hopes another Buckeye fan will appreciate her effort and that her lighthouse brings a large bid to benefit the Light in the Harbor fundraiser.
