graduated from Ohio University
with a bachelor of fine art degree, majoring in art, with an emphasis
on painting. She has been inspired by her students and Claude Monet as
she has continued to paint. She taught art in Cleveland inner city
schools and loved the kids. She continued teaching in Chagrin Falls
before she moved to Sandusky and taught at St. Mary’s Central Catholic
School. Marilyn has sold photographs and paintings through various
galleries and art shops. She currently shares a studio with other
artists at the Merry-Go-Round Museum and teaches occasionally in Oak
Harbor.
